# Cobblemon Unbound Server Rules

## Rules & Policies

These rules apply to all members of the Cobblemon Unbound community, both on Discord and in-game.

Staff retain final authority in all situations. Attempting to bypass or manipulate a rule is considered a violation and may result in punishment.

Your presence in the server implies acceptance of these rules and any future updates.

## 1. Discord Rules

These rules apply to all members within our Discord server. The Discord is the primary location for announcements, events, and community communication.

### 1.1 Channel Usage

Use the appropriate channels for discussion. Do not post topics in general chat if a designated channel already exists.

### 1.2 Discrimination

Racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, religious discrimination, or any form of hate speech is strictly prohibited.

### 1.3 Harassment

Harassing other members, including through direct messages, is not allowed.

### 1.4 NSFW Content

NSFW material is prohibited.

Sexualization of minors in any form is strictly forbidden. Discussion, mention, or implication of such content will result in immediate action.

### 1.5 Advertising

Advertising is not permitted unless explicit permission has been granted by the server owner.

### 1.6 Threats & Malicious Behavior

Threats or malicious actions including DDoS threats, doxxing, death threats, or similar behavior are strictly prohibited.

### 1.7 Self-Harm Content

Do not discuss, promote, or encourage self-harm or suicide.

### 1.8 Word Filter Evasion

Attempting to bypass banned words or filters is not allowed.

### 1.9 Politics

Political discussion is not permitted within the Discord.

## 2. Minecraft Server Rules

All Discord rules also apply in-game.

### 2.1 Hacks & Unfair Modifications

The use of hacks, exploitative mods, or third-party programs that provide unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.

### 2.2 Exploits & Duplication

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or duplicating items is not allowed.

A bug is defined as any unintended gameplay mechanic within Minecraft or any installed mod.

### 2.3 Bug Reporting

If you discover a bug, report it to staff via Discord.

### 2.4 Scamming

Scamming other players is not permitted.

### 2.5 Alternate Accounts

Alternate accounts are not allowed without explicit permission from upper staff.

### 2.6 Warp Obstruction

Do not block or obstruct entrances or exits to warps.

### 2.7 Compensation Claims

Compensation will not be provided without sufficient evidence.

### 2.8 Automated Farms & Macros

Automated redstone farms and macro usage **are not** permitted.

### 2.9 Claim Blocking

Intentionally blocking other players’ land claims is not allowed.

## 3. Punishment

Violation of any rule may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to:

* Mute
* Kick
* Temporary ban
* Permanent ban
* In-game death
* Party or PC wipe
* Player data reset
* Additional actions deemed appropriate by staff

**Punishment severity is determined solely by staff**.

Repeated violations, negative behavior history, or attempts to undermine staff authority may result in **escalated consequences**.

## Rule Changes

Rules may be updated at any time without prior notice.

It is the responsibility of all members to stay informed of current policies.
