# First Day Guide

### 1. Joining the Server

### 1. Joining the Server

After connecting to the server, you will spawn at the main hub.\
You may see welcome messages in chat and instructions to help you get started.

Take a moment to look around and familiarize yourself with your surroundings.

### 2. Choosing Your Starter

You will be prompted to select a starter Pokémon from one of the following generations:

**Gen 1 (Kanto)**\
Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle

**Gen 2 (Johto)**\
Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile

**Gen 3 (Hoenn)**\
Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip

**Gen 4 (Sinnoh)**\
Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup

**Gen 5 (Unova)**\
Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott

**Gen 6 (Kalos)**\
Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie

**Gen 7 (Alola)**\
Rowlet, Litten, Popplio

**Gen 8 (Galar)**\
Grookey, Scorbunny, Sobble

**Gen 9 (Paldea)**\
Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly

Choose carefully — this Pokémon will be the foundation of your early progression(or not. who knows what you'll find.)

### 3. Explore Spawn

Once you have your starter, you can:

* Explore spawn
* Locate crates and useful areas
* Speak with other players in chat or vc
* Review available warps(`/warps`)

Take time to understand the layout before heading out.

### 4. Begin Exploring

Ready to adventure?

Use:

`/rtp`

This will randomly teleport you into the world where you can begin survival gameplay.

### 5. Catching Pokemon

When you encounter a wild Pokémon:

1. Battle it.
2. Weaken it.
3. Throw a Poké Ball.
4. Add it to your team.

If you run out of Poké Balls, gather Apricorns and craft more.

Mining and resource gathering will help you sustain your adventure.

1. Use the resource world if you can't find anything, it resets daily! (`/resource`)

### 6. Loot & Progression

As you explore, you may find structures containing valuable loot.

You can:

* Keep useful items
* Upgrade your team
* Sell valuable items using `/gts`

### 7. Claim Land & Build

Once you find a location you like:

* Claim your land
* Build your base
* Establish your home
* Prepare for gym battles

### 8. Long-Term Goals

Your main progression goals can be:

* Building a strong team
* Completing your Pokédex
* Challenging Gyms
* Participating in Events
